This Sunday, the 6th of May at 10.30am at the Community garden there will be Yin Yoga for all! We ask for a small donation if you can, all going to the garden fund.
Yin Yoga is a quiet floor based practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body. It increases strength and flexibility whilst reducing stiffness. It also includes a medidative practice that relaxes the mind and body, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
It’s Suitable for all ages and levels, please bring a mat or towel. We ask for a small donation if you can, all funds raised going to the Community garden. It will be outdoors, in the beautiful natural garden setting, so it will be weather permitting.
